CONGRATULATIONS on your Gilman purchase. The following refund policy is in the event you, the customer, has had a change of mind, or there have been unforeseen circumstances regarding your purchase. We offer a 1 week “Cooling Down Period”. What this means is, within 1 week of your purchase you have the right to change your mind or cancel the transaction due to the reasons set forth above. The refund will be offered and honored buy the date on your sales receipt. This date is the date you paid, whether it was the 50% or more down payment, or payment in full, NOT upon receiving your Gilman product.

**This policy is NOT negotiable by anyone within Gilman Sound Technologies. After the 1 week “Cooling Off Period”, the refund policy is null and void.**
